BrightCore - Founding Engineer - Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid, 2 days/wk) - Full-time - €58–65k + 1.0–1.5% equity

We're a 3-cofounder gym/fitness SaaS , closing a pre-seed. Hiring our first engineer to own:

NestJS/Postgres backend (~70%)
Coral, our WhatsApp AI agent for member retention (~30%)

You'd be our first hire. Real ownership, real equity, no committees. Stack: NestJS, Prisma, Postgres, Next.js, Anthropic API, Meta WhatsApp Cloud API.

Looking for: 3–5 yrs backend, comfortable shipping solo, genuine curiosity about LLMs / retention modelling. ML hobbyist > ML PhD for this role.
