Spill supports employees with their mental health by providing access to next-day therapy and counselling sessions. We work with 600 small businesses across the UK and deliver 3,000 therapy sessions monthly (paid for by the company).

We're a small company - 9 FTEs.

Tech: Typescript, React, Node.js

What you'll do:

• set technical direction
• write code that improves our counsellor, employee and employer web apps
• line manage 5 software engineers

Salary: £110-150k
